An organic light emitting display device includes a display panel having an organic light emitting diode and a plurality of pixels including a driving transistor for controlling the emission of the organic light emitting diode, a data driving part for supplying a data signal to the pixels through a data line, a scan driving part for supplying a scan signal to the pixels through a scan line, a current sensing part connected to each of the pixels and sensing a driving current generated in the driving transistor when the data signal is supplied to the pixels, a timing control part for generating control signals for controlling the data driving part, the scan driving part, and the current sensing part; and a modeling part for modeling a relationship between the drive current and an offset based on the drive current.
