The present invention relates to a method for realizing and preparing a nano-pattern metal mesh by using silver nanowires and a hybrid metal mesh prepared by using the same. The method includes: a pattern forming step of dispersing the silver nanowires on a substrate and using a first imprint resin to copy the patterns of the silver nanowires; a step of printing the patterns formed on the first imprint resin to a second imprint resin in order to form a metal mold including the patterns; and a step of printing and forming the patterns of the metal mold onto a transparent substrate including a third imprint resin to as well as forming a metal mesh through squeezing and thermal curing processes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
