The present invention relates to an electric drum lifter having a measuring means for a container such as a drum or the like containing a liquefied product, which comprises: a drum support unit (8) capable of adjusting a support width in accordance with a size of containers when the size of containers such as a drum or the like is different; a drum guide unit (6) composed of each component to fixate an upper portion of a drum in which a component can be easily changed; and load cell unit (4) absorbing a shock applied to fine control and a load cell to avoid overload of the load cell.
