The present invention provides a method for producing mixed leached tea of a wood-cultivated ginseng and a black tea leaf. The mixed leached tea comprises a wood-cultivated ginseng and a black tea leaf. The wood-cultivated ginseng is produced through: a first step of removing and washing foreign materials from a ginseng and or a wood-cultivated ginseng naturally extracted from a mountain; a second step of repeating, for approximately 8-10 times, a procedure of steaming the wood-cultivated ginseng having foreign materials removed therefrom by heated steam and naturally drying the same or drying the same by hot air; and a third step of adding flavors at a low temperature to make the dried wood-cultivated ginseng have tastes and flavors harmonized well. The black tea leaf is produced through: a first step of sorting black tea leaves; a second step of firstly wilting the sorted black tea leaves by sunlight in an outdoor place; a third step of secondly wilting the firstly wilted black tea leaves in an indoor place; a fourth step of rubbing and twisting the secondly wilted black tea leaves by a twisting device or a hand; a fifth step of fermenting the rubbed black tea leaves in a fermenting chamber; a sixth step of drying the fermented black tea leaves in a drier; and a seventh step of drying and flavoring the dried black tea leaves. The wood-cultivated ginseng and the black tea leaf are mixed at a ratio of 4 : 6 to be produced into leached tea.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
