The present invention relates to a treatment method for restoring, maintaining, and managing damaged wood of a wooden building. More specifically, the treatment method for restoring, maintaining, and managing damaged wood of a wooden building comprises: (1) a restoration step of applying a wood bleaching and rot fungus removing agent to a damaged wood portion, and washing the damaged wood portion after 30-60 minutes; (2) a rot prevention step of painting a wood preservative on the wood if surface humidity of the wood portion restored in step (1) is dried to 20% or lower; (3) a repair step of treating a cracked gap of the wood treated with the preservative in step (2) with a wood filler; and (4) a preservation step of painting rot prevention and insect resistance paint on the wood if the surface humidity of the wood repaired in step (3) is dried to 20% or lower.
