Provided are a priority-based collision avoidance control method and a system for an intelligent autonomous vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method controls vehicle autonomous driving with a priority in a specific control rule, and controls the vehicle autonomous driving with a priority in another control rule when a specific situation occurs. As stated above, according to an embodiment of the present invention, as a priority is applied and changed with respect to a control rule in intelligent autonomous driving, priority-based flexible collision avoidance becomes possible.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
