The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for estimating the weight of a floating marine structure, configured to derive and newly define weight factors used in estimating the weight for an estimate of marine construction, and to stack the newly defined weight factors in accordance with the process by each step to allow weight estimation. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: an item reference DB for providing, as reference information, one or more items among take-off tagged items, tagged items and bulk items; a terminal for receiving input of new project information and receiving completion information corresponding to the new project information; and an estimated weight calculation service server which receives the new project information, receives one or more items among the take-off tagged items, the estimated tagged items and the estimated bulk items, corresponding to the new project information, from the item reference DB, calculates a net estimated weight, a gross estimated weight and a base estimated weight step by step based on material take-off (MTO) data to calculate an estimated weight, and calculates an estimated supply quantity based on the calculated estimated weight to be provided to the terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
