The present invention relates to a multi-layered high temperature heat insulator with a thermal gradient structure, which can show high insulation performance at low costs by a multi-layer structure where an addition amount of carbon, having excellent thermal reflectivity while being low-priced, is increased as going toward external air in an environment where temperature of a heat source side like a heat exchange and a heat transfer pipe of a power generation plant, a petroleum chemistry factory and an iron and steel mill arrives at 300-600°C and temperature of external air is only 100°C or less. The present invention is composed of an internal layer coming into contact with the heat source side having temperature of 300°C or more, an external layer coming into contact with the external air and a middle layer arranged between the internal layer and the external layer and adds the carbon to the middle layer and the external layer in a state that the carbon is not added to the internal layer coming into direct contact with a high temperature heat source side whereas gradually increasing the addition amount of the carbon as going from the middle layer to the external layer to gradually increase the thermal reflectivity by the carbon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
