According to the present invention, a virtual process simulation device for realizing a virtual process by arranging virtual materials and facilities having the same functions as actual facilities through a three-dimensional space. The virtual process simulation device for a virtual factory includes: a shape information storage unit storing multiple facility/material sets having preset shape information; a parametric information storage unit which stores parametric information regarding the shape of the materials included in a specific facility/material set adjusted in accordance with the shape adjustment of a facility included in the specific facility/material set among the facility/material sets; a layout sequence defining unit which selects the facility/material sets included in a process used as a simulation target while setting the arrangement sequence for each of the selected facility/material sets; and a layout assembly defining unit which arranges each of the selected facility/material sets determined based on the shape and parametric information in accordance with the arrangement sequence and assembles the arranged facility/material sets by using a preset assembly method.
