The present invention relates to a system and a method for optimizing a year-end settlement using an individual terminal and a year-end settlement server, and specifically, to a system which provides, by a year-end server, a year-end settlement result reflecting the latest tax law by using income and expenditure information input through a personal terminal of a user, proposes additional and expanded deductions in accordance with a maximum deduction requirement, and proposes a consumption means favorable to the year-end settlement deduction for expected consumption. The system for optimizing the year-end settlement according to the present invention comprises: a first user terminal having a year-end settlement application executed therein, inputted with settlement information including a first user basic information, a first expenditure information, a first income information, and a first expected expenditure through the year-end settlement application, transmitting the inputted first settlement information, selected with any one of menus on a year-end settlement calculation, a maximum deduction confirmation, and a consumption means recommendation of the year-end settlement application to transmit menu selecting information, and displaying an execution result of the selected menu on a screen; and a year-end settlement server for receiving the first settlement information inputted by the first user terminal, applying a year-end settlement formula in accordance with the latest tax law on the basis of the menu information selected by the first user terminal to calculate a deduction amount by each year-end settlement item, calculating a maximum deduction requirement in accordance with the income amount of the user to confirm an additional or expanded deduction, and analyzing expenditure information on a previous year to confirm an optimal consumption means of an expected expenditure so as to transmit the same to the first user terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
