The present invention relates to a growth promotion composition, as a novel substitution protein source for substituting expensive fish meal for abalone production, which is a feed additive for substituting eco-friendly abalone by using sea mustard, and substitutes spirulina fish meal and whole meal, respectively, for a fermented sea mustard extract, so that nutrients deficient in mixed feed for nurturing conventional abalone with a basic nutrition composition are supplemented, and effects of improving feed efficiency improvement, increasing weight gain, activating secretion of digestive enzymes, increasing level of immunity, improving reproduction productivity, performing antibacterial function, performing antioxidant function, and the like are obtained.
