The present invention relates to a method for producing raspberry-containing cold raw fish soup, intended to prepare raspberry-containing cold raw fish soup by adding, to cold raw fish soup, a raspberry seasoning broth obtained by mixing a base sauce along with a raspberry sauce. The present invention further relates to raspberry-containing cold raw fish soup produced by the production method. To this end, the method for producing the raspberry-containing cold raw fish soup comprises the following steps: a base sauce production step for producing a base sauce by grinding onion, garlic, orange, pear, ginger, and flavoring alcohol; a raspberry sauce production step for producing a raspberry sauce by mixing the base sauce along with red pepper paste, soda, chili powder, vinegar, and a raspberry extract; a broth production step for producing a broth by inserting anchovy, kelp, green onion, onion, and daikon into water; a raspberry sauce broth production step for producing a raspberry sauce broth by mixing the raspberry sauce along with the broth; and a raspberry-containing cold raw fish soup production step for producing cold raw fish soup by adding shredded vegetables and raw fish into the raspberry sauce broth.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
