The present invention relates to a seedling device for transferring seedling of sweet potato. An existing seedling device has a pipe end pressed, and an outer protrusion end of the sweet potato stalks is hung to a ribbing having a Y-shaped form to be broken and planted. The seedling device of the present invention has a v-shaped ribbing in a body of the seedling device so that the outer protrusion of the sweet potato stalks is inserted into the v-shaped ribbing and the seedling is horizontally planted.
