PLANT MIX-TYPE MODIFIER FOR ASPHALT PAVEMENT, FREE MIX-TYPE MODIFIED ASPHALT BINDER, AND MULTI-LAYERED AND LOW NOISE DRAINAGE ASPHALT COMPOSITION USING SAME

The present invention relates to a plant mix-type modifier for an asphalt pavement, a free mix-type modified asphalt binder, and a multi-layered and low noise drainage composition using the same, and the purpose of the present invention is to improve viscosity and crack-resistance of asphalt. The plant mix-type modifier of the present invention comprises: 25-35 wt% of a high molecular weight SBS having a molecule weight of 250,000 to 350,000; 10-30 wt% of a low molecular weight SBS having a molecule weight of 30,000 to 120,000; 3-10 wt% of Portland cement; 3-15 wt% of a blown aspha 2-12 wt% of a gilsonite; 1-4 wt% of a grahamite; 5-20 wt% of a petroleum resin; and 0.1-3 wt% of an antioxidant. In addition, the free mix-type modified asphalt binder is a mixture comprising: 5-20 wt% of a high molecular weight SBS having a molecule weight of 250,000 to 350,000; 40-55 wt% of a low molecular weight SBS having a molecule weight of 30,000 to 120,000; 5-15 wt% of a sulfide; 3-15 wt% of a blown aspha 2-12 wt% of a gilsonite; 10-20 wt% of a petroleum resin; and 0.1-3 wt% of an antioxidant. The mixture is formed by being combined with an asphalt binder and the mixture comprises 80-95 wt% of an asphalt binder and 3-20 wt% of thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
