LIVE-MIXED LYOPHILIZED VACCINE OF DUCK HEPATITIS A VIRUS TYPE 1 AND TYPE 3

The present invention relates to a live-mixed lyophilized vaccine of duck hepatitis A virus type 1 and type 3 and a preparation method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a live-mixed lyophilized vaccine of duck hepatitis A virus type 1 and type 3 which is obtained by mixing a high solution bacteria (HSB) strain which is a type 1 vaccine strain and an AP-04203P100 strain which is a type 3 vaccine strain of duck hepatitis A virus, which is domestically prevalent, with a lyophilization protective agent and then lyophilizing the mixture. The present invention exhibits an excellent protection rate against both domestically prevalent duck hepatitis type 1 and type 3 field strains by mixing the type 1 vaccine strain (HSB strain) and the type 3 vaccine strain (AP-04203P100 strain) of the duck hepatitis A virus at an optimum ratio. In addition, since a specific lyophilization protective agent is added, an excellent lyophilization recovery rate is achieved and the shelf life is greatly improved such that virus titer can be maintained for a long period of time under normal refrigeration conditions rather than freezing conditions. As a result, the present invention has an excellent protection effect against all the duck hepatitis viruses which are domestically prevalent and is easily distributed in the market and thus can be very useful as a comprehensive vaccine for the prevention of duck hepatitis, which is convenient for long-term storage in first-line duck farms.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
