According to the present invention, an intelligent U-city integrated control platform system with a centralized decision-making method using a message guider engine, which includes an internal network linked with an external network including various types of devices, comprises: an enterprise service bus (ESB) engine setting a standard protocol of the internal network, matched with a protocol for each of the devices of the external network, based on a predetermined rule set, and converting a received message protocol of the external network into a standard protocol of the internal network; and a message guider engine setting a standard message of the internal network, matched with message content for each of the devices of the external network, and converting the received message, which has been converted into the standard protocol through the ESB engine, into a standard message of the internal message. The standard message indicates to standardize various types of message data, generated from the devices, into message data defined in the internal network of the integrated control platform. The message guider engine identifies the type of the received message, and then, parses body data of the message to convert the data into a column value of the standard message for returning the value to the message guider engine.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
