An objective of the present invention is to provide an intelligent safety navigation system for a traveler, guiding a traveler up to a destination from a starting position with focus on a safe road as a region wherein a lot of cases and accidents occur is avoided among various paths from the starting position from the destination; and an intelligent safety navigation method using the same. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a smart terminal; an integrated management server storing safe path and lodge information, and updated by feedback information after use of a user; a smart watch; a family terminal; a security company server receiving abnormal health information or emergency state information from the smart terminal to dispatch staff; and an Internet network connecting the smart terminal, the integrated management server, the family terminal, and the security company server. The smart terminal includes a navigation application installed therein; provides the safe path and lodge information to allow the user to select the information, and transmits the selected information to the integrated management server; receives information about a safe path selected by the user and about safe path information up to a safe lodge from the server in real-time to display the received information; receives heart rate information of the user from the smart watch to determine abnormality in health, and transmits abnormality information to the previously registered family terminal or security company server in the case of the abnormality; and receives a review (feedback information) about the used safe path or lodge from the user to transmit the review to the server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
