According to the present invention, disclosed is a health care system using a nitric oxide-containing moisture generator having a quantum energy generator installed therein. Nitric oxide is made to pass through a nitric oxide-containing moisture generator having a quantum energy generator installed therein to apply quantum energy. Thus, high purity nitric oxide is generated, and at the same time a covalent bond of water molecules is decomposed in water. Then, bacteria and viruses in the air are sterilized by OH radicals, activated oxygen (O), hydroxyl ions (H_2O_3^-), and the like generated by decomposition of the covalent bond. The nitric oxide is atomized, and is heated at a suitable temperature to be applied to several sorts of health assisting tools such as a sitting steamer and the like. Accordingly, by utilizing nitric oxide, a health improving effect can be promoted. According to the present invention, while a human body application part is activated at a suitable temperature, a needed amount of nitric oxide-containing fine moisture particles are actively penetrated.
