The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an ultra-thin thermal diffusion film and, more specifically, to an ultra-thin thermal diffusion film manufacturing method which manufactures a graphite sheet with improved thermal conductivity by using dispersion liquid including expanded graphite and manufactures an ultra-thin thermal diffusion film by using a multi-stage rolling mill on the manufactured graphite sheet. The manufacturing method of an ultra-thin thermal diffusion film according to the present invention comprises: a first step of performing a heat treatment on a graphite sheet; a second step of manufacturing expanded graphite diffusion dispersed liquid by evenly dispersing a solvent including expanded graphite by an ultrasonic dispersion processing; a third step of coating the expanded graphite dispersed liquid on the thermally treated graphite sheet; a fourth step of drying the coated graphite sheet at the temperature of 80-100C; and a fifth step of manufacturing an ultra-thin thermal diffusion film by rolling the dried graphite sheet to a constant thickness by using the multi-stage rolling mill.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
