A method for producing ultra-pure water using alternating electric field according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: introducing pure water into a water intake port of a water storage tank; applying an alternating electric field to an electrode to prevent access of an ion material in the water intake port of the water storage tank; adjusting an electric valve to keep the concentration of concentrated water constant and discharging the concentrated water from the water storage tank; and extracting the ultra-pure water which has passed through the alternating electric field formed at the electrode from an extraction port of the water storage tank, wherein the alternating electric field can be an alternating electric field proportional to the electrical energy of the ionic material.
