The present invention relates to an IoT-based biomaterial black bean enzyme capable of producing a biomaterial black bean enzymes product by applying a conjugated enzyme fermentation technique as well as an IoT-based technology to black bean seed leaves, wherein the IoT-based biomaterial black bean enzymes are produced by means of a combination of black bean seed leaves having a water content of 9% and immobilized conjugated enzyme ceramic balls with a sensor beacon heating wire/mixer integrated reactor, a smart phone, and a PC which are IoT elements. According to the present invention, the sensor beacon heating wire/mixer integrated reactor is charged with the black bean seed leaves and the immobilized conjugated enzyme ceramic balls, and connected to the smart phone and the PC to control, set, and analyze real-time information, and then perform correction so as to produce enzymes of black bean seed leaves having improved vitality and digestibility, and the produced enzymes of black bean seed leaves are atomized to produce a biomaterial black bean enzyme.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
