The present invention relates to a cover to preheat a submerged nozzle, and a preheating method of a submerged nozzle using the same. According to the present invention, a submerged nozzle installed in a tundish which is a continuous casting facility is covered by a first nozzle cover member and a second nozzle cover member separately coupled to each other; and then the tundish and the submerged nozzle preheated. When the tundish and the submerged nozzle are heated up to a target temperature, the submerged nozzle is moved to a continuous casting line and is installed with the tundish. Then, the first nozzle cover member and the second nozzle cover member are separated and removed from the submerged nozzle as the submerged nozzle is not required to be preheated with excessive heat such that energy consumed in preheating operation is able to be reduced, and costs to preheat the tundish and the submerged nozzle being able to be reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
