Disclosed is a management method for an actuator, which is to automatically control an actuator by autonomically determining situation in real time based on sensing information collected by a sensor installed in the actuator. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the management method for an actuator includes: a reference data collection step of receiving the reference data by each sensor for predetermined time from the actuator connected via a wire and wireless communications network and storing the reference data; a management standard setting step of deducting a management standard by the each sensor by analyzing the reference data; a sensing information monitoring step of analyzing the sensing information transmitted from the actuator and sensing the sensing information which is out of the management standard; and a control signal transmitting step of generating a control signal controlling the actuator when the sensing information out of the management standard is sensed and transmitting the control signal to the actuator. According to the present invention, the management method for an actuator autonomically determines the situation by collecting the information on surrounding environment and a device by the sensor installed in the actuator even if an administrator does not check the state of the device in which the actuator is installed, one by one.
