CONTROL-TYPE VENT FOR PREVENTING SHORT SHOT FOR EXPANDABLE SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLD

The present invention relates to a vent (20) installed in a mold (10) for forming an expandable synthetic resin article (12) such as interior cushioning materials for a vehicle. By connecting the vent (20) formed on the mold (10) to a pressure adjustment cylinder (30) outside the mold (10), the present invention can freely control internal pressure of the mold (10) and pressure of exhaust gas through the vent (20) formed on the mold (10) during foam molding, and thus can prevent short shot of the molded article (12). According to the present invention, foaming failures or over-foaming that may occur during a molding process of the expandable synthetic resin molded article (12) can be prevented, and thus the expandable synthetic resin molded article (12) having a closed and stable structure can be produced. Particularly, the present invention allows for a prompt and stable discharge of expanded gas, and thus can drastically reduce failures such as short shot which were the biggest problem in prior art.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
