The present invention relates to an LED photoluminescence device including a red organic-inorganic composite light emitting material. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the LED photoluminescence device including the red organic-inorganic composite light emitting material which has a higher luminance than a light emitting material of an existing organic metal coordination polymer and enables excitation in UV and blue regions. The present invention provides the LED photoluminescence device including the red organic-inorganic composite light emitting material having a composition of chemical formula 1, [(A_(x1),R_(x2))(L)_y(X)]_n.
