PEC cell Method for Regenerating Cofactors Using Photoelectrochemical Cells

The present invention relates to a photoelectrochemical cell (PEC cell) for regenerating cofactors. By adding a solution including (b) oxidative cofactors, (c) an electron transfer medium and (d) an electron donor to the PEC cell consisting of (a) FeOOH/Fe2O3 photoanode and black silicon (b-Si) photocathode, and irradiating light sources to the PEC cell, the oxidative cofactors can be regenerated into reductive cofactors.
