The present invention relates to a method for evaluating stability of medicines containing ivermectin and/or penicillin and, more specifically, to a method for deducting a measuring formula by analyzing content of ivermectin at a predetermined concentration and/or penicillin at a predetermined concentration with HPLC; analyzing the content of the ivermectin and/or the penicillin contained in the medicines with the same HPLC; and applying the content of the analyzed ivermectin and/or the analyzed penicillin to a previously deducted measuring formula. The present invention is provided to quantitatively analyze the content of the ivermectin and/or the penicillin contained in the medicines, thereby deducting expiration dates of the corresponding medicines, and efficiently predicting content residual ivermectin and/or residual penicillin when the corresponding medicines are stored.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
