The present invention relates to a mineral-based water treatment agent which reacts with algae in water, induces coagulation of algae in water, and then floats the same. More specifically, provided is a mineral-based water treatment agent. According to the present invention, the mineral-based water treatment agent is produced by mixing the following ingredients: first mineral water (100) containing natural mineral; second mineral water (200) containing sea water mineral sa and a natural sterilization solution (300). The mixing ratio of the first mineral water (100) to the second mineral water (200) ranges from 4 : 1 to 10 :1.
