The present invention relates to an eco-friendly agent for removing red algae and green algae, and relates to a method for improving a water quality in polluted water using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an agent for removing red algae and green algae, which does not generate environmental pollution, while having excellent effects in removing red algae and green algae by using an eco-friendly material such as minerals and charcoal, and relates to a method for improving a water quality in polluted water using the same.
