The present invention relates to a smartphone-connecting-type multi-meter which allows the general public to easily measure electric signals, allows a non-specialist of related technology to easily measure various kinds of measurement objects, and is easy to carry and store, thereby having improved storage and usability, a measurement system constituting the multi-meter, and a measurement method. The multi-meter includes a housing; a pair of lead wires having a probe at an end and drawn out from the housing; a range module installed in the housing and rectifying and transforming an electric signal received by the lead wire; and a process module which converts the electrical signal received from the range module into a digital signal and analyzes the electrical signal to generate analysis data in which electrical characteristics are recorded, operates according to instruction data received from the program module of a smartphone, and is installed in the housing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
