BIOMARKER COMPOSITION FOR PHOSPHATIDYLCHOLINE IN BLOOD FOR NON-INVASIVE IN-VITRO DIAGNOSIS OF ACUTE TRANSPLANT REJECTION IN LIVING DONOR LIVER TRANSPLANTATION
BIOMARKER COMPOSITION FOR PHOSPHATIDYLCHOLINE IN BLOOD FOR NON-INVASIVE IN-VITRO DIAGNOSIS OF ACUTE TRANSPLANT REJECTION IN LIVING DONOR LIVER TRANSPLANTATION
The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for a phosphatidylcholine in blood for non-invasive in-vitro diagnosis of acute transplant rejection in living donor liver transplantation. Specifically, the present invention provides a biomarker composition for diagnosing acute transplant rejection in living donor liver transplantation comprising a phosphatidylcholine (PC) as an effective component; a composition for diagnosing acute transplant rejection in living donor liver transplantation comprising an agent capable of measuring the PC level as an effective component; a kit for diagnosing acute transplant rejection in living donor liver transplantation comprising the composition; and a method for providing information necessary for diagnosing acute transplant rejection in living donor liver transplantation. The PC biomarker of the present invention is a non-invasive diagnostic marker for transplant rejection in living donor liver transplantation capable of diagnosing liver damage at an early stage after transplantation, and thus the PC biomarker can be used to provide a patient customized treatment regimen such as an appropriate administration of an immunosuppressant, and prevent social and economic loss due to damage of the transplanted organ.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
