Disclosed are a panel fixing device for a liquefied gas tank and a liquefied gas tank having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the panel fixing device for a liquefied gas tank fixates a primary insulating panel on a secondary insulating panel installed in an internal wall of the tank, and comprises: a stud bolt fixated to the secondary insulating panel; a disk fixing member pressurizing and fixating a protrusion unit of the primary insulating panel, wherein a through hole coupled to the stud bolt is formed in a central portion; and a tightening nut coupled to the stud bolt to pressurize the fixing member.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
