Disclosed is a static watermarking method using constant encoding. The static watermarking method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a watermarking value; converting the received watermarking value into a binary number; generating watermarking information through an encoding process of converting at least 8 bits of the converted binary number into a decimal number and encoding the converted decimal number into a constant; and inserting the generated watermarking information into a source code.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
