The present invention relates to coffee with the scent of sea containing 1 to 3 parts by weight of coffee powder and 3/20 to 7/20 parts by weight of a sea cucumber intestine extract for 100 parts by weight of water, so as to provide the scent of the sea to a user when the user drinks coffee by adding an extract obtained from the intestines of sea cucumber to the coffee.
