The present invention relates to a method for mixing illite, tourmaline, black silica, and germanium fine powder to manufacture green anion resin and ceramics at a golden ratio of weight to each other, and a composition thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for mixing the illite, the tourmaline, the black silica, and the germanium fine powder to manufacture the green anion resin and the ceramics at the golden ratio of the weight to each other manufactures the total of 12 compositions by selecting two kinds of germanium (Ge) find powder having a purity of 99.99% or more, domestic illite fine powder of Yeongdong, Chungbuk, Korea, tourmaline find powder of China Hebei Province, and black silica fine powder of Hokkaido, Japan. One of fine powder contents is 8/13 wt%. The other of fine powder contents is 5/13 wt%. The present invention provides a clay composition to manufacture the resin and the ceramics which discharge anions without radiating radioactivity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
