A metal-liposome hybrid structure is prepared by producing a liposome in which a reducing agent or a metal precursor is preliminarily supported on the inside, providing a metal precursor or a reducing agent on the outside of the liposome to diffuse the same into the liposome, and selectively synthesizing metal particles from the inside of the liposome so that the liposome forms the outer frame of the metal particles. Thus, the metal-liposome hybrid structure having a constant size and shape can be produced with high yield.
