The present invention relates to a piston pin assembly system with a piston pin inspection device, a snap ring fastening device, and a lift type horizontality and alignment device for a piston pallet. The piston pin inspection device is able to precisely check a fastening state of a piston pin and a snap ring. The snap ring fastening device fastens the snap ring to a ring groove formed on a side of a pin hole provided to mount the piston pin on a piston connecting rod. The piston pin assembly system comprises: a piston pin fastening device, the snap ring fastening device, and the lift type horizontality and alignment device for the piston pallet. The piston pin fastening device includes a first fixing block installed near a lifting block fixating the connecting rod by descending before the lifting block and pressing the connecting rod downwards, and a first lifting shaft fixated to the first fixing block on a lower part thereof and installed for lift. The snap ring fastening device includes a guide hole concentrically formed with the pin hole and a guide block having a plurality of magnets provided in a planar annular shape or at regular intervals along the inner circumferential surface of the guide hole. The lift type horizontality and alignment device for the piston pallet includes a lifting means installed to lift the piston pallet not fixated to an index table and an alignment means installed to maintain a horizontal position and arrange a work position in place while the piston pallet is lifted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
