The present invention relates to a safety accident notification device and a notification system using the same. The accident notification device includes: a band part (100) to be worn on the wrist, and an ear plug part (200) to be partially inserted into the ears. The band part (100) includes an accident detecting part (110) for detecting the heart rate of a wearer and outputting a radio signal when an abnormality occurs, and a band (120) for allowing the accident detection part (110) to be tightly fixed to the wrist of the wearer. The ear plug part (200) includes a case part (220) having an outer shape and partially inserted into the ear of the wearer to partially block external noise, and an alarm generating part (210) which is accommodated in the case part (220) and generates an alarm to the wearer when an external radio signal is received.
