A multi-functional waterproof fabric having an improved printing property comprises (i) a hard segment comprising polybutylene terephthalate and 30-70 wt% of a soft segment comprising polyethylene glycol and polytetraethylene glycol based on the total amount of a thermoplastic elastomer resin, wherein the polyethylene glycol is contained in the amount of 30 to 70 wt% based on the total amount of the thermoplastic elastomer resin, and the polytetramethylene glycol comprises 1 to 10 wt% of the total amount of the thermoplastic elastomer resin, and (ii) a functional filler contained in the waterproof film. The waterproof fabric of the present invention comprises (i) the multi-functional waterproof film having the improved printing property and (ii) a fabric. The multifunctional waterproof film having the improved printing property has an excellent water proof property and a printing property, and is excellent in antimicrobial activity and/or anion releasing function to be useful for sports clothing materials and casual wear materials.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
