The present invention relates to an agent for inhibiting a black blotch spot, and more specifically, to a liquid agent for inhibiting a black blotch spot formed naturally on face after a body face surface condition of 50, in which the surface with naturally aged body wastes aged and damaged by ultraviolet light or body heat of 37C is grown with the black blotch spot by itself. In glacial acetic acid vinegar liquid chemical sulfur sterilization or alcohol acetate water disinfectant solution, three sterilization agents of glacial acetic acid vinegar purity liquid, 25% of sulfur, and 25% of skin surface penetrative chemical pinellia are used as sterilization liquids, and after disinfection, the agent can be applied to the face surface by using another separate container to inhibit the incidence of freckle and blotch spot.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
