The financial technical service apparatus opens an investment product based on the loan application information, receives investment application information for the investment product opened from one or more second information terminals, and performs an investment attraction process so that investment can be deposited. The financial technical service apparatus can process an electronic signal and data for transferring loans to an account designated in the loan application information by executing the publicly offered shares subscription loan using the deposited investment. The financial technology service apparatus performs interest settlement and investment return processes according to the publicly offered shares loan at a payment date according to the allotment of the publicly offered shares. Accordingly, the present invention can give an opportunity of the publicly offered shares subscription load to a loan applicant by connecting the loan applicant to a plurality of investors.
