The present invention relates to an assembly float detachable and vertical type floating matter blocking member, and a floating matter blocking system including the same. According to the present invention, a vertical type blocking member made of metal material having a strong strength is able to simply be attached and detached from an assembly float such that floating matters having a dead weight in a flowing environment and strongly colliding therewith are able to effectively be blocked. In addition, the assembly float capable of easily being maintained is able to widely be applied to various marine structures. The floating matter blocking member of the present invention comprises: a support panel supported on an upper surface of a float; a bracket crossing and coupled to a plurality of front end portions of the support panel; and a metal based unit panel in which a plurality thereof is linearly disposed along the bracket, having an upper end portion thereof to vertically be disposed underwater while being coupled to the bracket to block floating matters floating on a water surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
