The present invention relates to a method for extracting brain information of a subject to be tested through a pupil size change rate. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring a video from a face of a subject to be tested; extracting a pupil area from the video; extracting a pupil size change rate from an image of the pupil area; and extracting brain information of the subject to be tested from the pupil size change rate.
