The present invention relates to a system for operating small animals. A band for tying legs of a small animal is doubly wound around a pin in which a spring and a fixture which are provided on the outer circumference surface of an operating table body where the small animal is laid are extrapolated to fix the small animal on the operating table body. The body temperature of the small animal through a thermometer inserted into the anus of the small animal, and a condition of the small animal through a sensor unit attached to a tail of the small animal can be checked in real time. The body temperature of the small animal which can be changed after anesthesia remains constant by adjusting the temperature of a heating pad provided above the operating table body where the small animal is laid.
