The present invention relates to an integrated roof rack bending method using a spacer, and a spacer for integrated roof rack bending, which minimizes a cross-sectional surface shape change when both side end parts of an integrated roof rack main body are bent, thereby preventing a defect caused by the cross-sectional surface shape change of both side end parts of the integrated roof rack main body in case of bending from being generated.
