The present invention discloses a copper-iron alloy sheet material in which a Cu high-content surface alloy layer is formed and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the present invention micro-crystallizes the copper-iron alloy base material so as to increase the Cu content at the surface in the range of 5 to 7% with respect to the base material through recrystallization-structured heat treatment, rolling by carbon roller, and rapid cooling of the surface, thereby improving economical efficiency by improvement of reciprocal physical property.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
