The present invention relates to a perfume composition recreating the fragrance of Nelumbo nucifera. More specifically, the perfume composition for recreating the fragrance of Nelumbo nucifera has excellent palatability by adding 2-Phenylethyl alcohol to substances analyzed as fragrance components of Nelumbo nucifera including pentadecane, 1,4-dimethoxybenzene, heptadecane, sabinene, limonene, myrcene, and -terpineol according to SPME. According to the present invention, the perfume composition includes major fragrance components of Nelumbo nucifera such as pentadecane, 1,4-dimethoxybenzene, heptadecane, sabinene, limonene, myrcene, and a-terpineol as well as 2-Phenylethyl alcohol to recreate the fragrance of Nelumbo nucifera and improve the palatability thereof.
