The present invention provides an image GPS map overlay method for recognizing a location of a remote control device. The method for an image GPS for recognizing a location of a remote control device comprising a serve motor, a camera, a microprocessor, a filter, a PID controller, a GPS unit and a gimbal, comprises: (a) a step of classifying GPS data of the remote control device received from a satellite by using CGPS on the basis of longitude, latitude, and time; (b) a step of converting the classified GPS data into visual data through GUI by using XGPS; (c) a step of uploading the converted visual data to a web server and transmitting location data of the remote control device to offline and online maps; (d) a step in which the offline and online maps receive the location data to display a location of the remote control device; (e) a step of opening a server port by an image streaming way according to the hypertext transfer protocol to check the offline and online maps; (f) a step in which a coordinate value of the location data displayed on a text block of a display unit in the web server is displayed by being overlaid in the offline and online maps and (g) a step of reconfirming the location by using a user terminal when an overlay phase error of a current location of the remote control device occurs. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an image GPS map overlay method for recognizing a remote control device in which a user terminal accurately recognizes a location of the remote control device even though the remote control device is in a place which is out of a view field of a user, because a coordinate value with respect to a location of the remote control device is overlaid with a map of a web server and the web server and the user terminal can confirm locations of remote control devices and images captured by cameras.
