The present invention relates to a Helicobacter pylori-derived 3-deoxy-D-manno-octulosonate 8-phosphate synthase (HpKDO8PS) complex scaffold. According to the present invention, 21 compounds screened through virtual computer screening using Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori)-derived HpKDO8PS enzyme as a target are subjected to evaluation for bioactivity and saturation transfer difference (STD) NMR spectroscopy tests. After the tests, MC181 and hyperin are shown to be bound to the active site of HpKDO8PS enzyme to inhibit the enzyme activity, and thus can be useful for preventing and treating diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
