Disclosed is a method for measuring a ventilation resistant coefficient and a wall friction coefficient in a tunnel, which is practical by considering ventilation resistance due to outer natural wind and traffic ventilation. According to the present invention, the method for measuring a ventilation resistant coefficient and a wall friction coefficient in a tunnel includes: a step of measuring a wind speed (V_0, V_1, V_2) in the tunnel before a jet fan operates, during the jet fan is operating, and after the jet fan is stopped; and a step of deducting an equation necessary to measure the ventilation resistant coefficient and the wall friction coefficient by a pressure equation in the tunnel, which includes a ventilation resistance force (P_r), a traffic ventilation force (P_t), a natural ventilation force (P_m), and a jet fan rising pressure (P_j), wherein the wall friction coefficient is supposed as an initial value and is determined whether a determination condition is satisfied. As a trial and an error are repeated until the wall friction coefficient satisfying the determination condition is found, the ventilation resistant coefficient can be measured by using a converged wall friction coefficient value satisfying the determination condition.
